Job Description

The Sr. Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the development and execution of the metrics that matter and actionable insight to inform marketing strategy, investment and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, combined with excellent analytical skills and a bias toward action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with corporate marketing leadership and business stakeholders to define a long-term reporting roadmap
  • Own the design, maintenance and delivery of marketing’s reporting suites related to leads and conversions, campaign performance, marketing driven Ecommerce activity, database health and operational reporting
  • Provide fact based analysis that identifies the key drivers influencing the metrics
  • Support the corporate marketing monthly and quarterly business review processes and other critical processes, such as AOP and STRAP.
  • Support the planned reporting infrastructure projects to deliver a Cognos reporting package, automate additional businesses into the marketing data warehouse and data taxonomy
  • Deliver a self-serve reporting environment that leverages dynamic reporting suites, tableau visual packages and Cognos pre-defined reports
  • Work with marketing analytics team members to identify gaps in the analytics infrastructure and recommend enhancements
  • Continuously analyze operational processes to find and implement new efficiencies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years marketing or sales analytics experience
  • Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence tools and CRM systems; Salesforce.com and Cognos reporting tools desired
  • Expert MicroSoft Office skills required
  • Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of achieving desired results without direct report authority
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to formulate and drive detailed plans
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Willing to travel at least 4 nights a month in North America
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years marketing or sales analytics experience
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools and data warehouses
  • Expert MicroSoft Office skills
  • Excellent project management skills
