Job Description
  • Prepare service quotations and tenders

• Ensure payment follow up

• Properly organize all files with appropriate filing so that information is quickly available as and when required

• Adhoc work as assigned as per the business needs

•Maintaining key relationships to help deliver an exemplary service experience

•Management of complaints

•To work closely with the Field service team, Supply chain and other service coordinators

•Handling service requests and manages enquiries from internal service team

• Ensure Contract Customer Data in SAP and other references or systems is always up to date and accurate
