Job Title: Associate Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • 代理店、ユーザー、社内関係者からの問い合わせ対応(電話、E-mail、FAX)
  • 基幹システム(SAP)を使用しての受注業務
  • 納期管理
  • 業務改善、オペレーションプロセスの標準化

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3年以上の受注業務または顧客対応業務経験
  • 基幹システム(SAPやE1)の使用経験
  • 一般的なPCスキル(Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint等)
  • 他者を巻き込み、積極的に業務改善等の提案を行える
  • プロセスの改善点を理解し、能動的に改善に貢献する
  • コミュニケーションスキル
  • 顧客満足度を常に意識することが出来る
  • チームワークの重要性を理解し、協調性を持って働くことが出来る
  • よりよいサービスを提供するために前向きに取り組める
