Job Description
Key Objectives of the role:
- Design IDD Japan sales strategy by close collaboration with related functions
- Measure efficiency and effectiveness of sales activities, and identify appropriate corrective actions; Promote CRM usage to improve SFE
- Gather and analyze various data regarding our market and customers, translate those into insights, and define appropriate actions
- Give effective coaching to his/her direct reports, and maximize team’s outcome
Minimum Qualifications (must have):
<Experience, Skills>
- Professional work experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Deep understanding about selling model in above industry (MR experience strongly preferred)
- Ability to create and verify hypotheses based upon the facts
- Native Japanese, business level English

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
- Proven track record in one of following work domains in pharmaceutical or medical device industry - SFE, Sales Planning, Sales Promotion, Sales Operations, or FP&A
