Description of Duties:

  • Plan and strategize the business XRF products within assigned territory according to the direction and overall strategies determined by the company.
  • Provide training and guidance for transition / formation of a new team, business planning and strategies focus on products assigned as well as overall related business.
  • Manage technical support activities; provide training internally and externally on products and services.
  • Drive visibility and accountability through improved sales pipeline and forecast management processes; leverage modern sales tools like Sales Force, automated incentive tracking, etc.
  • Effectively communicate bookings and revenue outlook to management and the broader organization to ensure visibility into performance and on-time delivery of products and services.
  • Drive customer relations with key strategic accounts and channel partners within region.
  • Maintain and refresh knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Understand and discuss trends, customer concerns, and competitor activities.
  • Explore and identify new applications and products for potential business.
  • Provide overall product and market development strategies.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science of Engineering (or related discipline) required; Masters or advanced degree desired.
  • Relevant experiences and technical knowledge in related field desired.
  • Intermediate knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communications skills for presentations and customer presentations.
  • Self-starter; works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan market preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with a second language suited to Southeast Asia + Taiwan preferable.
  • Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia and Taiwan for up to 60% of the time.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Highly motivated to achieve targets with bias for action.
  • Experience within Sales Force (CRM) and pipeline management.
