Title: Regional Sales Manager
Summary: To generate new business opportunities and developing existing customer base for the Bulk Material Handling industries in Coal, Power and allied industries within South East Asian markets.
Principal Accountabilities:-
Program Management
- Develop and implement annual sales plan to meet and exceed market area sales revenue targets, including strategies to:
- Develop rapport with existing and prospective customers and industry bodies and drive new business opportunities
- Develop partnerships and/or good working relationships with local complimentary businesses to enhance market positioning and intelligence
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions for the market area in liaison with management and carry out follow-up with customers for, BEA and Gauging products and services
- Regularly communicate with all departments involved in product manufacturing with regards to despatch times, spare parts information and availability, documentation, etc.
- Complete on-time weekly and monthly reporting
- Contribute to the formulation of marketing plans and growth strategies
- Discuss trends, customer concerns, and market intelligence with Global and Local commercial teams including close interface with reps/distributors
- Ensure compliance with BU, divisional and corporate policy and
- Timely feedback to internal departments from the marketplace

- Experience in the preparation of quotes, tenders etc

- High level knowledge of and skills in field instrumentation or process control systems
- Sound knowledge of Metals processing techniques

Qualifications
- Highly desirable to have degree tertiary qualification in metallurgical / process engineering / instrumentation field
- Minimum Engg tertiary qualification in sales and marketing
