Job Description
- Attend to service sites punctually as instructed by Senior Engineers / supervisors / Manager.
- Provide installation, repair and preventive maintenance for products that are assigned
- To provide site preparation and user training
- Interprets maintenance manuals, schematics and wiring diagrams and repair equipment utilizing knowledge of electronics/electrical/mechanical and using standard test instruments and hand tools
- Represent the Company in a professional manner ensuring Company’s good image and that the customer is given the best possible service
- Build up a rapport with customers on site to promote good customer relationship
- To response to customer within the next working day for the date of job assigned
- To attend all trainings provided to you by the Company
- Commucate weekly with the Senior Engineers / Supervisors / Manager and give accurate concise reports on work that has been carried out and any outstanding issues
- Update login sheet online in the required manner on a daily basis
- Complete all administration paperwork (e.g. field reports, job login sheets etc) and return them promptly to the Customer Service Executive
- To promptly highlight any work related problems that you may be facing to the Supervisor or Manager
- Carry out preventive maintenance checks to a high standard which keep fault calls to a low level
- To provide estimation of repair job to customer, prepare draft quotation and ensure receipt of purchase order before performing any repair or maintenance work
- To work independently and closely with other engineers (both sales and support) to maximize equipment uptime of the customers and in achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
- Assist the department in promoting service contracts
- To ensure all company provided service tools are maintained well at all time
- To comply with the GDPMD procedures and practices
