Responsible for day-to-day office general administration at whole company as per company guidelines/standards to ensure customer satisfaction, accountable for the performance and profitability of the operation; Set up equality and diversity administration management policies and process, optimize administration systems; Responsibility for Admin employee help desk and receptionist service, through the analysis on recorded data and employee survey result for driving admin service improvement actions; Responsibility for shuttle bus management and route optimization; Responsibility for sourcing, negotiating and monitoring daily supplies, constantly driving for cost reduction initiatives and manage all general administrative costs effectively; Responsibility for express and freight management includes mail room service; Responsibility for meeting room management and relevant logistics support; Other administrative job which assigned by Admin Manager Other jobs when required & Support manager in related issues
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, English or administration majored is preferred;
- 10 or above years work experience in administration area is necessary, experience in multinational companies is preferred;
- Customer-focused;
- Result-orientated; Proactive, decisive, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill, good problem solving skill;
- Exceptional organizational skills and great attention to detail;
- Ability to handle multi-tasks;
- Passionate, self-motivated and responsible; can work under high pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English;
- Good computer skill (particularly with MS word, excel and power point).
