Commercial Manager, Anatomical Pathology Division
Based in Seoul, Korea
The Role
Support & coordinate the development of local Anatomical Pathology Market with a strategic focus on: identifying, and accessing business opportunities for Anatomical Pathology Division (APD) franchise through a competitive & sustainable ‘Go-to-Market’ Strategy.
Main responsibilities include establishing a country-specific but also a division-specific business plans; managed in concert with regional business leaders and matrix functional owners, managing local distributors, achieving market success and improving customer satisfaction.
Main responsibility is to lead APD back to a sustainable and aggressive growth-path.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, analyze market conditions and ‘recommend’ revised strategies and tactics as needed in reflecting available product portfolio & future to be launched products
- Support new product introduction. Support optimizing price and value proposition to the market and channel partners
- Provide insights into the market dynamics and business background to all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring Distributor Activities; Sales tracking, order placements, Sales funnel/sales leads, Due Diligence based on ‘Securimate’; Sales & promotional activities, monitoring complaints cases.
- Actively working together within the SDG Korean team
- Actively working together with the APAC APD team
- Key point of contact for business partners, other internal functions
- Actively initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance work quality and effectiveness through PPI programs.
- Develop relationships with selected customers and distributors.
Requirements
- Commercial Business Experiences (like sales, marketing, distributor management, project management) > 10 years of experiences in Sales or Marketing
- Clear strength in drafting Sales & Marketing Concepts as well Distributor Management
- Successful Sales-record within the AP or AP-related Market Segments
- University degree.
- Good command in English in verbal and written
- Good communication skills with various stakeholders
- Able to operate within a Matrix-driven organization
