Reporting directly to the Technical Support Manager of the Immuno Diagnostics Division, you will contribute to the customer satisfaction by ensuring the continuous operation of Phadia systems installed in hospitals or laboratories.
- Main activities and responsibilities:
You will respect and apply the procedure of the Quality Management System for After Sales Technical Support.
You will ensure proper operation of laboratories and hospitals equipment’s by providing the necessary repairs and preventive maintenances.
You will train customers on the use of Phadia equipment’s and on their maintenance during installation and afterwards continuing the customer follow-up.
You will document your actions and make the necessary reports.
You will maintain your personal Field Service inventory of replacement parts.
You will be also called for urgent repairs on your colleagues area and occasionally assure the helpdesk Customer Support.
- Activity place:
Engineer location: In Belgium near or in the Dutch speaking part of the country.
Activity area: Mainly in the Flemish side of Belgium (Antwerpen, Limburg). Brussels included
- Minimum Education, Skills and Aptitudes:
At least electronics Bachelor qualification or similar.
A first field experience (2-5 years) in maintenance / training in a similar industry activity can be an asset.
A beginner profile will also be considered if similar education
You are in possession of a valid driving license.

Language requirements: Dutch is a must, English & French at least at an upper-intermediate level
