- Overall China Focus Account Program direction, driving overall strategy and value proposition
- Leads Focus Account team to meet or exceed annual targets
- Develop the Focus Account team members in order to enhance performance, productivity, and employee job satisfaction
- Provide support and guidance to Focus Account managers
- Maintain customer list assigned to the program, assign Focus Account managers for strategic fit, and review team members relative to customer performance
- Develop and implement Focus Account processes, tools, and training for continuous improvement
- Interface with division senior commercial leaders to optimize the divisional accounts
- Drive overall strategy for segment of customers (BioPharma, Academic, Food and Industrial); Serve as key spokesperson for the industries within Company
- Maintain relationships with large customers within assigned responsibility
- Support and drive high level coordination and strategy discussions with Thermo Fisher
- Coordinate with Pricing on large deals to influence profitability
- Consult internally on products needed, eBusiness support as required
