The Payroll Analyst executes all activities related to processing North America payroll, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes and designs and implements those initiatives.


Responsibilities and deliverables include:

  • Process the bi-weekly payroll including timesheets, 401(k), flex spending, and HSA
  • Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations
  • Support updating of payroll and timesheets for new hires, terminations, and employee status changes
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll Journal Entries
  • Process expatriate payroll adjustments and relocation gross-ups
  • Process terminations as required
The Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary technical environment and will possess the following combination of education and experience:
  • Typically requires an Associate’s degree in accounting and/or finance or equivalent training and education
  • Typically requires 5+ years’ experience in Payroll/accounting environment, experience in a multinational company is desired
  • ADP Payforce & ADP Timesaver experience desired
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong knowledge working with ADP & various ERP systems
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Good understanding of US GAAP and application
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple clients
