Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management by simplifying complex processes; getting more out of fewer resources; understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow
- Develop direct reports by providing challenging tasks and assignments; provide developmental feedback
- Responsible for the proper set up of the machines
- Responsible for conducting routine maintenance on the machines
- Responsible for die and film changes as needed
- Responsible for proper training of operators in their specific department
- Responsible for conducting basic trouble shooting procedures on machines when they are down
- Ensures paperwork is filled out properly and completed in a timely manner
- Responsible for monitoring the productivity of machines in their area
- Responsible for filling out the die set up logs and conditions sheets
- Responsible for ensuring that first piece and in-process testing is conducted to standard
- Working knowledge, Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel)
