Job Description:
  • Lead the preparation and compilation of LSG & LPG Group MBR, QBR, Monthly Forecasts, and AOP
  • Analyze key business drivers and provide management with accurate, timely, and relevant information for decision-making
  • Interface effectively with all levels of the organization in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate judgment and tact to establish effective working relationships across the LSG matrix organization
  • Partner with functional and divisional finance teams to ensure consistent reporting and communication
  • Provide financial support to Corporate/Group/Division/Function management functions
  • Proven track record to set and meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and work under pressure and/or tight timelines
  • Experience working with foreign exchange complexities
  • Strong financial system capabilities and desire to improve processes using system tools
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
  • Utilize the 4Is (integrity, intensity, innovation, involvement) while maintaining a positive attitude and acting as a team player
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • BS or BA in Finance or related field required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible finance/accounting experience
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while performing a variety of complex tasks
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to pull and analyze data required
  • Experience supporting a business unit and/or working in a matrix organization a plus
  • Knowledge of CMR, Hyperion Essbase, HFM and Cognos a plus
