Job Description

• Develop an understanding of the market landscape, customer needs and competitive

environment, in order to participate in development of product marketing plans, including situation analysis, price, registration plan, need for evidence generation/study

collaborations, segmentation, targeting, positioning, product life cycle, revenue forecast,

and marketing mix to create competitive advantage, in collaboration with other functions

(e.g. Regulatory and Sales).

• Drive execution of country tactical plans /portfolio strategy in alignment with the

corresponding global strategic and tactical plans.

• Provide local input to business cases and product requirements in close cooperation with

sales organization securing to meet customer needs and validated revenue expectations.

• Manage the process for product launching, marketing activities and sales concepts for

the entire portfolio of products in collaboration with global and regional marketing.

• Identify and articulate training and development needs and work closely with regional

marketing leadership to maximize usage of resources.

• Lead the collection of post-market surveillance and feed back to global marketing.

• Review labeling, (labels, packages, DFUs manuals) from a marketing perspective.

• Partner and influence with key customers and important stakeholders.

• Work with sales team to deliver product information, presentation, training, data

comparison (inc. QC program), troubleshooting and promotional material to all customers

in TMO IDD.
