• Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to targeted accounts in clinical Sequence market
• Achieve annual sales & profit target as well as to qualitative objectives for the assigned products
• Maintain presence in all existing & targeted customer, manage day-to-day relationships, and build and develop professional long term relationships with them
• Continuously assess the market for new customers, opportunities, risks for the products
• Ensure the timely handling of enquiries and complains quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, company developments, customers, and competitors. This includes a full and complete knowledge of the product information and relevant papers and developments in clinical sequence field.
• Participate in congresses and other customer events
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of required reports
• Deliver input for budget and forecast discussion with line management
• Work closely with all related functions (MKTG, TAS, FS, QARA, Supply Chain etc.)
• Provide training and support /assistance to customers as well as internal members where needed
• Travel extensively around the country to meet customers
• (Travel overseas for congress, customer meeting, internal meeting, etc.)
