・Enhance customer experiences through mid-large scale (Tier 1-2) events (tradeshow, academic conference, etc) including pre- and post activities with strategic event planning and execution
・Increase brand awareness with impact and generate leads with strategic event marketing
・Support to maximize product and solution awareness as “one company” ? a science solution provider
・Plan and conduct strategic promotion through event operations with understanding of customer journey, analyse the effectiveness utilizing lead database.
・Manage and lead cross-divisional teams (Marketing, Sales, Marcom and eBusiness)
・Manage ad agency, event creative, and logistic venders
・Draw target customers with online and offline marketing tactics such as ads and e-blasts
・Control and manage budget
・Work with Corporate event team collaboratively
・Support divisions for mid-small scale events (Tier 3-4)
・Result analysis and reporting
・Continuous improvement planning and execution
・Improve digital lead handling methods working with CRM team
・Analyse effectiveness of events utilizing lead data. Understand lead handling operation in organization such as MA, SFA, etc.
・Enhance holistic benefits of our premier brands by aligning corporate tradeshow brand guidelin
・5+ years’ experience in event management and lead and/or marketing communications, preferably working for a foreign-based BtoB company
・University degree or above
・Native in Japanese speaker and fluent in English
・Excellent oral and written (writing, editing and proofreading) skills
・Highly self-motived and passionate about Event planning and operation
・English communication with overseas counterparts by email, conference, conference calls, etc.
・Working experience in a scientific industry preferred
・Broad knowledge of digital communication tools such as web, CRM, and SNS
