Lead the provision of an efficient and accurate employee administration processing within a Shared Service team of HR1 Japan.

Perform due diligence to support deployment of HR1/Payroll to all entities in Japan
Manage day-to-day operations of HR1/Payroll for Japan
Manage escalations and ensure monthly global KPIs are met
Train HR1/Payroll team members in Japan on updated global Workday processes
