Position Summary:
Oversee the Quality Control Technicians the cleanroom. Technicians inspect all manufactured product to assure adherence to ISO standards and customer expectations. This position will supervise in a 24hr production facility with responsibilities on 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completes all tasks in a timely manner
  • Adheres to the work schedule
  • Cooperate with Production Supervisor and Quality Managers
  • Comply with all company regulatory requests
  • Responsible for supervision and training of quality control technicians
  • Responsible for training on manufacturing non conformances
  • Responsible for closure of manufacturing conformances
  • Responsible for monitoring the quality of the product
  • Responsible for bar code verification
  • Responsible for overseeing dimensional and visual inspections
  • Responsible for stamp jobs under deviation
  • Responsible for random inspections in the cleanroom
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed
  • Assist in executing on time delivery

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ISO standards
  • Certified Quality Technician (CQT) desired
  • Ability to understand various manufacturing processes
  • Ability to help develop and implement procedures
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality or related field
  • Preferred 2+ years secondary education

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ year(s) experience in supervising others
  • 2+ year(s) in a fast pace work environment
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to interface well with others working at all levels
  • Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
