- Supporting the POROS and CaptureSelect chromatography resin product line, this Applications Specialist will have the following responsibilities
- Work with local Sales team to drive the technical aspects of pre-sales and post-sales activities
Pre sales – Technical presentations on POROS resins, technical discussions on downstream purification challenges and solutions
Post sales – Interface with customers regarding product evaluations and troubleshooting, execute pilot to large scale column packing
- Work with Purification Applications and product management teams in the US and EU
Detailed customer technical reports
- Communicate both verbally and in writing (in English) with US team and customers
- Identify key customer accounts where involvement from broader applications team is required
Drive and execute on key account program
- Identify market trends and provide feedback on competitive resins including strengths and weaknesses
- Translate technical information from English to local language
