Job Description

· Understand customer needs, improve customer experience and drive growth

· Lead the process to develop product/portfolio strategies for the Laboratory segment

· Introduce and market new products by developing launching plans in collaboration with sales team

· Evaluate promotional plans to ensure the consistency with product line strategies and the effectively convey of the messages

· Assess market competition

· Networking with Global Marketing

· Support forecast and business decisions, including conduct customer and competitive research, perform financial analysis and assimilate internal expertise/experience

- Assess performance vs. business objectives and institutionalize ROI methodology

Internal Networking/Key relationships
Internal: Marketing team, Customer Service, Tender Office, Sales Team, Technical Service, Agencies
External: Clients – OLs

Skills & Capabilities:

· Strong analytical and qualitative skills are required, as well as the ability to synthesize and integrate customer insights data, draw conclusions/implications, and translate into comprehensive strategies and business decision recommendations
· Capability of prioritizing the activities based on business and customer’ impact
· Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
· Strong problem solving skills and willingness to get the job
· Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
· Demonstrated ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance
· Good interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English
· Ability to communicate openly and listen, good in public Speaking
· Good propensity to anticipate and manage change

Educational Qualifications

  • Scientific Bachelor’s degree.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or MBA is strongly preferred

Professional Experience Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years in product management experience
  • Diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other health care experience is required
  • Past Sales experience is preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications is required
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Knowledge of digital marketing communication tools is preferred
  • Frequent National and International travels are required
