Job Description

Fisher Clinical Services GmbH is part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Corporation, a world-class company serving the scientific community and healthcare industry. We are leaders in providing clinical supply chain management services and clinical supplies distributed to patients worldwide. We are looking for an Associate Senior Manager Planning & Readiness who will support the Senior Manager Planning and Readiness in developing processes and systems.


Your responsibilities:

  • Data gathering and analysis as per business requirement. Define, maintain and report KPI’s
  • Identify and propose scope of improvement initiatives/projects
  • Support a reliable forecasting of machine, room, and personnel utilization
  • Design and/or improve business and/or production processes on a risked-based approach
  • Support cross-functional, local or global initiatives/projects as per assignment
  • Contribute to realistic planning of new customer projects / campaigns under consideration of equipment, environment and personnel requirements / availability and customer need-by date
  • Liaise with other functions like Customer Service, Engineering, Operations, QA, and Quoting to acquire sufficient information for assigned tasks
  • Support maintenance of the master schedule
Your qualifications:
  • B. Sc. in technical, natural sciences or economics
  • First experience in general project management. Ability to execute and/or lead projects using adequate tools and communication
  • Work experience in a regulated environment (e.g. pharmaceutical and/or food industry)
  • Good working knowledge with process improvement technologies (e.g. Green Belt) would be an advantage
  • Sound business acumen. Practical experience in logistics e. g. Distribution, Demand Management or similar will be an asset
  • Ability to work under stress and keep time lines and quality as required. Precise and efficient working style
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and team-oriented
  • Advanced in using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Project) and experience in using databases
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in German, advanced in English
