Job Description
Marketing Sr. Product Manager responsibility including market and opportunity analysis, strategy development, and execution plan for selected Fisher HMD’s products including partnerships such as Thermo APD and others. Work closely with partner marketing organizations to ensure optimal positioning and sales of partners’ products through Fisher HealthCare Sales. Responsible for revenue, market share, and margin targets associated with these products. This includes pricing, profitability analysis, and promotion in working with field sales.
Successfully working this position will require excellent communication skills, exceptional ability to manage multiple competing priorities, ability to resolve supplier issues on a regular basis, manage supplier relationships, and the ability to respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

- Supports and works closely with Sales to identify and develop opportunities
- Executes marketing and promotional activities to increase sales
- Writes product communications
- Analyzes media opportunities for marketing and negotiating the purchase of media time/space.
- Oversees all community related programs
- Works closely with key vendors
- Works to identify product line extensions

Essential Hiring Criteria Required:
Job Requirements
- Preferred familiarity with laboratory diagnostics, emerging diagnostic and anatomical pathology sales techniques; in the hospital setting and POL.
- Solid understanding of the diagnostics market, including trends and competition.
- Strong work ethic, leadership, motivation and interest in developing career
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, autonomous individual who can manage multiple priorities and work well with field sales
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office products)
- 5+ Years sales experience in medical products, clinical diagnostics, or scientific products
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business discipline preferred
- Must be willing to travel 25-30% of the time
