- To be able to lead the Team in meeting assigned targets for customer centric service operation in North and strategic objectives in assigned key accounts.
- Primary responsibility will be installation, commissioning and after sales service support for X-ray fluorescence instruments installed in Northern India.
- To meet and exceed commercial goal and achieve desired customer satisfaction score.
- Develop relationships across the target customer accounts and increase awareness about Thermo Fisher scientific products within the users in the account.
- Work closely with Sales Team / Supply Chain and Finance to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
