The qualified candidate will be responsible for Product and Application development for Circuit Edit and CAD product line for Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) division.
Duties and responsibilities
Drive application development for Circuit Edit product
Manage field applications engineer to successfully engage with customers in providing applications support
Define and manage objectives for applications engineer and help them succeed to achieve their goals.
Responsible for driving successful demos and evaluations to secure bookings goals for EFA division
Manage sales opportunities for CE in CRM system and drive sales team for successful closure.
Provide development directive and define priorities for product engineering group
Work with Product Director on defining roadmap and strategy for Circuit Edit product line
Generate applications data for Marketing and Sales collaterals for Circuit Edit and CAD products.
Alignment with Sales and customers on driving successful demos and evaluation of CE products
Participate in Technical review meetings and roadmap alignment with customers in collaboration with Sales team.
Manage and collaborate with Product Engineering group and GTS on user and service manual for product line.

Masters or PhD in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with knowledge on device physics and Nano fabrication technology.
Basic understanding and Technical work experience in product development using FIB/SEM systems in Semiconductor Industry
Good understanding of device physics, IC fabrication process and failure analysis of defects.
Extensive experience in debug and failure analysis of semiconductor devices using Circuit Edit, Laser Voltage Probing, and typical laboratory environment is desirable.
Knowledge on design of advanced Circuit Edit system will be a plus.
In-depth experience on next generation semiconductor device product development using Circuit Edit application.
Knowledge to create product messaging and presentation for Internal and external consumption
Basic project management knowledge to organize tasks and ensure on-time completion of key deliverables
Good communication and inter-personal skills is essential to work with cross-functional teams and customers
Ability to travel to Thermo Fisher locations and customer sites for conducting meetings and alignment with cross-functional teams
