PROJECT MANAGER COMPLIANCE
Do you want to work as a Project Manager and also partake in the development of a new function at Thermo Fisher Scientifics ImmunoDiagnostics Division?
This position is based within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD), which has its global Headquarters in Uppsala, Sweden. The Division develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,600 employees worldwide, IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and also the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.
We are looking for a Project Manager to be a part of our newly established function; Product Stewardship, which will be responsible for ensuring compliance of the products, reagents and instruments, we sell. Your focus will be on leading and managing activities and projects within the area of Operations and Product compliance.
• Lead and manage activities and projects related to new and updated requirements within Operations.
• Ensure that the products, reagents and instruments we sell are compliant with different regulatory requirements, standards and QSR.
• Partake in the development of the Product Stewardship function and the working processes, for example the Product Compliance process.
• Working cross-functionally with updates, which will include working process, manufacturing and ERP system updates.
• Labeling is also a major part if our product portfolio and will also be included in projects.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who has completed an MSc (or equivalent) and has several years of experience of working as a Project Manager, preferably in an IVD/Medical device environment. Knowledge of our products and SAP experience is a merit as is experience of quality system, EH and Regulatory questions.
To succeed in this role it is essential that you have a project management background and also experience of manufacturing, labeling and compliance issues. Previous experience of Quality Systems, EHS and Regulatory is required, as is fluent English and Swedish.
As you will be working in a complex, international organization experience of working cross-functionally and strong communication skills are key.
As a person you should be solutions-focused, enjoy problem-solving and be able to see the whole picture. You are someone who drives work forwards, motivates others to get involved and works in a structured and organized way.
