Job Description

 Set the action plan for the region, defining ways to improve the sales
 Promote the brand and get the sales of the products, visiting new customers and new markets, promoting the brand in the region, visiting users to retain customers
 Achieve the goal of the department in the region, improving the sales according the strategic plan of the division
 Attend key accounts with regular visits, visiting to retain them
 Participate in Fair and Congresses according the strategic marketing plans
 Report actions periodically to Sales Manager, updating SalesForce with daily actions, forecast, created opportunities, etc.
 Monitor and revise the sales plan with sales manager, controlling the goals of the region
 Report to the sales manager competitors actions in his region, suggesting action plans;
 Interact with other departments such as Applications and Technical Services, focusing the allegiance of Thermo Fisher customers
 Report to the sales manager possible difficulties in getting the sales goals established by the company, participating actively in periodical meetings, suggesting and planning alternative options.
