Position Overview
- Provide onsite scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs of Thermo Fisher Scientific LSK in Korea.
- Install new product at customer locations
- Provide training and technical support to customers
- Respond to service requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieves service sales targets for the assigned territory and products
- Maintain up to date customer information, technical files and appropriate database
- Provide timely and accurate reports as requested
Qualification
- BS degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 0 – 5 years relevant experience in laboratory equipment
- Good writing and speaking skills in English
- Good communication skill and customer relation
- Able to travel in Korea and overseas
