Job Description
- Collaborates and establishes relationships with the relevant service management, marketing, commercial, and key stakeholders in APJ organization.
- Perform market analysis, competitor’s service products, price comparison and marketing strategies with a key focus on SEA.
- Understands competitive environments and solutions/offering needed to differentiate with a key focus on SEA.
- Investigate service product design, pricing and market development strategy for region with a key focus on SEA.
- Leads and owns proposal development to create an effective customer solution.
- Ensuring education and alignment of internal and distributor teams to develop and manage pipeline of opportunities
- Explore different mechanisms to promote & disseminate service offerings to target audience
- Work together with service team to execute on corresponding activities and ensure on-time delivery and results.
- Support service sales activities to assist with core product revenue generation from service teams.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by the Service & Support Leader.
- ~25% Travel may be required to understand market & customer needs.
