- Support global processes (PMD, EIS, etc.) including training for managers and employees and follow ups.
- Manage recruitment processes including: advertising positions, interviews, help managers make decisions, support background check process.
- Onboarding for new hires
- Employee relations in varies issues
- Regular 1:1 with managers and support day to day HR challenges
Training & Development:
- Help managers to create and implement personal development plans for employees
- Manage training plan: work with managers on needs analysis, create plan based on priority and budget and follow up
- Participate in daily tier 3 meetings and manage HR indicators
- Involvement in PPI processes and improvement plans
