Responsibilities:
- Coordinates, facilitates and presents the quarterly forecast for the business
- Grows business by maintaining present business and capturing new accounts/business
- Coordinates the generation and qualification of sales leads to expand sales opportunities
- Creates and maintains relationships with customers to promote penetration, retention and loyalty
- Assists in identifying and mitigating competitive barriers to increasing sales
- Responsible for achieving plan through management of field sales resources
- Develops team atmosphere with internal and external customers
- Additional duties/responsibilities according to business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
- More than 5 years of experience in sales preferably handling microarray products
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Results oriented
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Proven Project Management skills
