Quality Assurance Administrator (50%)
Your responsibilities:
- Administration of Standard Operating Procedures
- Administration of iComply Learning Management system
- Administration of Trackwise incident management system
- Preparation and reporting of Quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Creation of reports for internal departments and clients
- Participation on cross-functional teams and interdepartmental projects
Your qualifications:
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
- Fluency in German and English
- Outgoing personality
