Job Description
DUTIES:
Update logs, databases and catalogues.
Maintain files of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals and documentation.
Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure documents meet standards for production.
Use CAD database, software blueprints or microfilm machines for reproduction of documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
4 years of technical engineering, electrical engineering or related experience. Employer also accepts a Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience as an equivalent alternative.
Must have experience or knowledge of:
Service or manufacturing work;
Supervisor or Sr. Field Service background;
Electronics background;
High vacuum background;
Systems level or “platform” holistic knowledge (hardware, firmware, software);
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, ability to interact with multi-cultural customer base;
Understanding of customer use case (Semiconductor, or mass storage); and
Microsoft Office.
TRAVEL: Domestic and international travel required for this position for up to 30%
