Job Description

As the HR Director for our Global IT organization and eBusiness team, you will partner with functional leadership to define and drive the talent strategy for are center-led functions. You will utilize your expertise in organization design and effectiveness, change leadership and talent development to drive business results. This position will be heavily involved in projects to drive a high-performance culture. Working with the Corporate HR team and other cross-functional partners, you will support our vision to be a “Most Admired Company” through the talent programs, leadership development, and engagement-enriching initiatives for the teams you support.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with business and functional leaders to develop and lead an effective HR strategy and day to day execution of work
  • Provide strategic business partnership to 5 senior executives: provide coaching to top leaders, focus on performance management, leadership development, and conflict management
  • Ensure the delivery of industry leading HR services and innovative organizational development solutions
  • Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows
  • Partner with EMEA and APAC HR leaders as well as other cross-functional teams
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building
  • Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts

How You Will Get Here

  • 10+ years of HR experience, 3+ in a high-tech organization
  • 5+ years experience as a HR Business Partner or equivalent
  • Strong leadership capability and credibility with deep business acumen
  • Strong ethics
  • Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change
  • A hands on HR partner who can balance the day to day work with strategic planning and execution
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix and fast moving organization with strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
  • Demonstrated agility in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate strong relationships globally
  • Builds deep partnerships and relationships across the organization
  • Capable and confident communicator with very strong personal presence
  • Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent
  • Experience helping global organizations scale required
  • Experience with Workday and Office 365 tools preferred.
