Responsibilities:
Partners with Sales and Marketing, and internal departments
Maintains all customer pricing agreements, quotes, bids, requests for information, spreadsheet and report creation.
Troubleshoots price discrepancies and problem resolution.
Maintains list pricing.
Maintains databases and training materials.
Communicates issues and opportunities at various levels within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work in a dynamic environment where priorities and workload change;
Ability to work successfully in both a team setting as well as be a strong individual contributor
Experience working with multiple computer applications such as Siebel, Microsoft Office and E1
Strong analytical, computer, verbal and written communication skills
Must be flexible with hours worked to support department hours 8-8, Monday through Thursday, and Friday 8 am to 6 pm . Some Holiday work may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and have demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills
