Job Description

Position Summary:

In this role, the candidate will provide analytical, logistical and marketing support to the Corporate Accounts (CA) and Corporate Accounts Marketing teams. The candidate is expected to become an integral member of the Corporate Accounts team. Specific duties are as follows:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to include:
    • Leveraging corporate instance of Eloqua
    • Promoting webinars and other vehicles for customer outreach
    • Nurturing leads from above activities and trade shows
    • Serving as the point person for digital marketing activities
  • Support CA commercial and marketing teams by collecting, reviewing and communicating relevant market intelligence (e.g. competitive landscape, market segment/sub-segment trends)
  • Support assigned customer-facing events such as trade shows
  • Support commercial teams in creation of internal and customer-facing collateral, adhering to corporate brand and presentation standards
  • Engage with divisional marketing colleagues to maintain divisional CVP and new product introduction collateral
  • Support RFI/RFP response development
  • Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods
  • Interpret data, create reports and make recommendations
  • Complete other assignments as needed

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals and teams
  • BA/BS with major/minor in sciences/business required
  • MBA or graduate degree preferred
  • 8+ years experience with marketing, sales support and/or consulting preferred, with 1-2 years experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, customer orientation, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Multi tasking experience, flexibility, and understanding of business impact to address immediate priorities and still manage deadlines with longer-term projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
