Key responsibilities:
- Involved in developing and implementing social media strategic plan including content strategy to achieve social marketing objective;
- Lead the social media content production and secure the qualified and timely deliverables to drive traffic, including content calendar management and vendor management;
- Closely work with marketing and communications teams and HR teams to support marketing activities and employer branding, identify strong company stories for compelling social content development as well;
- Support to plan and execute influential and creative interactive campaigns across social media platforms to effectively engage and expand audience;
- Drive measurement on the social media content performance with valid benchmarks, conduct timely review for optimization;
- Monitor trends in social media channels, platforms, tools and inspiring cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, New Media, Journalism or Chinese Literature;
- 4+ years’ experience in advertising, public relations, journalism or marketing related functions. Agency experience is a plus;
- Good Chinese writing skills, have a proven track record in new media platform operation preferred;
- English Business-level fluency in speaking, reading and writing.
