This is a replacement position based in Shanghai for CAD FP&A team. The individual will have primary responsibility for the routine financial and business reporting & analysis for CAD China including Defer revenue tracking, Sales Individual Performance calculation, SG&A forecast, Marketing report, AR & inventory analysis, etc as well as ad-hoc requests. He/she needs to coordinate with various teams including CSR/svc/global finance/HR, etc. to streamline process. He/she will also need to support the 2018 CAD Annual Operating Plan process. This person should be eager to learn and be able to work under pressures/challenges.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
Prepare various routine reports such as weekly defer revenue tracking, monthly SG&A forecast, AR& bad debt, inventory& E&O analysis, etc. timely and accurately.
Closely work with CSR/svc/accounting team on the defer revenue tracking.
Calculate CAD Sales Individual Performance and align with commercial team
Assist in the 2018 CAD China Annual Operating Plan process. Collecting data from various groups, help uploading data and perform cross-checks.
Perform monthly scorecard analysis (booking, revenue, direct material, overhead, SG&A expense), report any significant variances timely.
Assist division finance manager to set up standard business operating flow within the division.
Understand the importance of internal control and can provide constructive suggestion to enhance the current process flow.
Other ad-hoc requests from global BU and China finance team.
College degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related
Above 3 years working experience in relevant position for a multinational company is preferred;
Good knowledge of finance analysis, reporting and internal control;
Sensitive to numbers, and strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting;
CPA/ACCA/CMA certification is preferred;
Strong interpersonal skills, be able to effectively interact with internal and external contacts;
Be proficient in English;
Be proficient in Excel. Experience with SAP/Hyperion/CMR is preferred.
