Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
Pick up telephones and reception for customers and provide necessary technical support, then register the details info into call center system. Unsolved questions need to create notification and dispatch field service with necessary service proposal For the non support products calls, record the related information and transfer to the appropriate online engineer Summarize the FAQ and share with team members Onsite service will be needed when necessary Teamwork and training team members。
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
1、College degree or above in mechanical or electrical major, or equivalent required.
3、Preference will be given to those with 1-2 years Field Service experience of lab equipment, previous experience in installing, servicing, and sales of lab instrument
4、Must have the ability to work independently, interpersonal and listening skills.
5、Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
6、Self-motivated and good communication skills and team work spirit
