Shall be responsible to Ensure Controls on all transactions of W&D Drive initiatives & programs and proactively engage with Commercial Divisions to identify opportunities of improvement and redesign processes to meet desired objectives of business.
Effectively manage the KPIs for different aspects of the Supply Chain for the scope of the job Ensuring legal, regulatory and corporate compliance requirements for warehousing and transportation and to drive structured improvements in Warehousing & Distribution operations on a continual basis Work with W&D team to assess the Current Processes and evaluate opportunities to change Processes and align with Industry standard. Responsible for managing and driving change bringing “Outside In” perspective to be relevant in the current scenarios and to make the organization future ready Periodically review existing business process models, facilitate gap analysis & potential solution and support implementation of aligned actions in this regard Bench-mark current Processes with Best Industry Process and Implement in W&D Look at Non-value added work-flows in W&D and work with the team to arrive and Implement Improvement plans

Skills and Abilities
Result orientation & speed of execution Should have thorough knowledge of W&D Processes Should have strong numerical ability. Drive Change Management Good Analytical skills Leadership Qualities Customer Centric – Understands Customers need Excellent oral and written communication and coordination skills Familiar with SAP- WMS and excellent in usage MS Office. Strong Process Orientation. PPI / Six Sigma orientation
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Master degree in any discipline; Relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Education & Experience: Minimum Experience of 8-10 years in relevant positions meetings the required skills and abilities.
