Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in the development and fulfillment of Customer contract proposals in the purchase, sale or delivery of equipment, materials, products and/or services
- Evaluates contract compliance and advises key stakeholders on contractual rights and obligations
- Customer facing report or business review preparation
- Monitoring compliance to Service Level Agreements set out with customers
- Reviews, prepares and approves Customer amendments to contract terms or contract extensions
- Prepares responses to Customer bids or requests for proposals (RFPs) including specifications, requirements and pricing strategy
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- B.Sc., B. Comm. or equivalent training, knowledge and expertise
- Very strong analytical, communication with an emphasis on written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Capable of working well with minimal supervision
- Excellent understanding of financial concepts of profit, loss and return on investment.
- Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- B.Sc., B. Comm. or equivalent training, knowledge and expertise
- 1 years work experience in related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office software and excellent knowledge of Excel
