Main Responsibilities
- Manage team members to ensure that all customer requirements are completely met.
- Handle the complaints if the team members escalate the concerns/issues for customers/dealers inquires.
- Escalate any major issues appropriately to the CC leader for resolution in timely manner.
- Support commercial team with excellent communications.
- Cooperate with functional teams in efficient working way.
- Review individual key performance indicators and ensure all measures are met.
- Try to demonstrate outstanding leadership behaviors.
- Try to deliver outstanding results in very best.
- Execute in compliance with business policies and processes.
- May be required to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience of leading a customer service organization
- Experience in a foreign MNC is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership
- Fluent in English; both written & spoken
