Job Description
Customer Service Team Leader
Based in Seoul, Korea

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage team members to ensure that all customer requirements are completely met.
  • Handle the complaints if the team members escalate the concerns/issues for customers/dealers inquires.
  • Escalate any major issues appropriately to the CC leader for resolution in timely manner.
  • Support commercial team with excellent communications.
  • Cooperate with functional teams in efficient working way.
  • Review individual key performance indicators and ensure all measures are met.
  • Try to demonstrate outstanding leadership behaviors.
  • Try to deliver outstanding results in very best.
  • Execute in compliance with business policies and processes.
  • May be required to perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of leading a customer service organization
  • Experience in a foreign MNC is a strong advantage
  • Strong leadership
  • Fluent in English; both written & spoken
