A Human Resources Generalist is a really key person within the human resources function of an organization, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, which means that they manage the administration of the policies, procedures and programs of the organization.
Talent Management is the ‘spine’ of our People Strategy. It determines our ability to attract, develop and retain the best people at all levels across the Group. This, in turn, determines our ability to succeed.
This position, is combining two different roles above, required HR knowledge in depth so that your assignment will be a mixture of organization & people development, change management, HR operations, business partnering as well.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with the senior management within the organization to assure company's growth needs and change management.
HR policy development and documentation in line with the company’s corporate policies.
Performance management and development.
Communication with the assigned Group/Division, decision making regarding employee communication and the origination of any content sent to employees.
HR budgeting, data analysis and reporting.
Responsible for delivering talent processes and partner with HR leadership and business leaders, to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved.
Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes or policies to advance Talent function.
Educating the business on Talent function and process.
Understand the business strategy and its implications for talent processes.
Establishing and delivering regular Learning and Development opportunities to the talents, in line with business strategy
Any ad hoc HR tasks required to HR Generalist or Talent Management Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Above Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration or any equivalences
10+ years of solid HR experience, mainly focusing on business partnering, internal talent management/development programs and initiatives
In-depth HR knowledge across functions
Ability to analyze and present information in such a way that is understood by everyone within the organization
Extremely well organized and methodical in approach to problem solving
Fluent in both Korean and English
Good at multi-tasking
Understanding of succession planning programs or any Talent/OD methodologies preferred
Proactive way of working with a strong “can do” attitude
