Job Description

Set and approve budgets, develop strategies and policies, set price and quality standards, and drive improvements across manufacturing operations.

Develop service deliverables and operations improvement strategies.
Oversee the procurement of goods from suppliers and ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards.
Interface of program management systems with corporate technologies and manage the implementation and update of logistics and engineering interfaces.


Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Physics, Logistics or related field of study plus 5 years of management, product development or related experience.

Must have experience or knowledge of:

Electron Microscopy knowledge;
Project management;
Product Development;
Quality focus;
Process improvement;
Lean Practices; and
Budget management.
