Job Description
Position Summary:
- Effective APD business management and monitoring of sales and demand marketing
- Spend 100% effort in Singapore and manage key hospitals and research
- Identification of Key Opinion Leaders from Pathology department in Singapore
- Engage in daily sales call
- Regular customer meetings and clinical promotion of APD to Pathology/hospitals/labs
- Work with Regional team to lead promotional activities like CMEs/conferences/symposia etc to improve APD awareness
- Increase awareness of Thermo Fisher Brand in the market and develop the territory
Essential Functions:
- Management of sales to achieve APD targets through direct sales 95% & distributors 10%
- Market strategy and participate in full execution
- Lead & Execute commercial activities with alignment and good collaboration with regional team
- Development and advancement of Key Customer contacts
- Collect, collate and provide market intelligence about APD
- Work/Lead with the distributors to drive glass and consumables business
- Act as the first point of contact for all queries of customers & distributors
- Share best practices and effective business strategies with management and peers
- Ability to plan, execute and measure with a strong sense of urgency to drive results
- Collaborative approach to develop and share strategy, tactics and analytics

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Medical technologist or University degree in Pathology or related area.
- Minimum of 2-4 years IVD or healthcare industry experience with a successful track record for sales and distributor management
- Significant knowledge and experience with Anatomical Pathology or related instrumentation and consumables will be preferred
- Highly self-motivated leader with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
