- Data Analysis to determine Service Engineers or customer site requirements.
- Identifying what is excess to requirements as well as what is needed.
- Coordinating with the Service Engineers to ensure orders are raised in accordance with the recommendations.
- Coordinating with the Service Engineers to ensure excess parts are returned.
- Coordinating with the Order Logistics Team to ensure orders and returns are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist the Order Logistics Team when needed to process orders and chase carriers.
- Creating metrics detailing what has been achieved on a weekly and monthly basis.
