Job Description
Position Summary:

Responsible for the Customer Service (Distribution) and General Office duties:

• Whitby Action/Customer Service, utilizes all systems and resources to provide Customer Service support information to all, internal and external departments.
• Supports warehouse personnel by providing customer service information relative to specific orders and inquiries.
• Processes all Customer Credit memos/stock adjusts that come in from CSC. Ensures all associated stock adjusts follow departmental protocols and are thoroughly investigated. Will issue Vendor Debits where required.
• Submits and follows up on all outbound carrier claims.
• Processes all Credit Card cancellation notices as received from Finance.
• Maintains filing systems and assists with document controls. Files are boxed for Iron Mountain annually.
• Provides backup support for Certificate requests and Customer Returns.

Front Reception/Admin Support Back up

• Reception and control of all visitors and directs them appropriately. Processes incoming and transferred call received at switchboard.
• Performs all office mail duties, incoming and outgoing distribution. Processes all invoices for approvals and payment
• Maintains database in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs to produce WHMIS labels as required.

Minimum Requirements /Qualifications:

• Post Secondary Education and/or equivalent work experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and tact.
• Strong PC skills and demonstrated ability to use excel spreadsheets to format and maintain data.
• Bilingualism would be an asset.
