Junior Project Assistant Pharma
The Junior Project Assistant Clinical Trials is the point of contact for administrative work. This position is responsible for a smoothly execution of Clinical Trials at FCS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with all key stakeholders to at FCS Allschwil
- Tracking of clinical supplies to ensure that all depots are provided with sufficient medication that the clinical sites can be supplied with medication for all patient visits, where appropriate, throughout the course of the trial
- Administrative tasks
- To maintain study specific data using Client specific software
- To maintain study specific data using FCS specific software
- KPIs
- Invoices and Quotes
- Temp.-Deviation Processes
- Coordination and communication of all relevant activities, both internally to ensure that all services and products are ready on a timely manner
- Participation in meetings where appropriate
- Ability to proactively manage a program of work
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the FCS standards
- Timely provision of reports and other information
- Conduct activities in a safe and efficient manner
Education/ Experience:
- Administrative Background in a pharmaceutical related industry and/or Graduate in Life Science
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Basic understanding of Project Management
- Very good computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros) and Access
- Understanding of clinical trial phases/designs is a plus
- Ability to interpret a clinical protocol and translate into a supply plan
- Exemplary teamwork and interpersonal skills
