For our location in Allschwil/Basel we are looking for a

Junior Clinical Services Project Manager

The Junior Clinical Services Project Manager (Associate Supply Chain Manager) is the key point of contact for oversight and monitoring of stock levels at all Clinical Trial sites. This position is responsible for delivery and success of the study.
Your responsibilities:
  • Work directly with all key stakeholders to ensure stock at sites
  • Forecasting and tracking of all clinical supplies to ensure that all depots are provided with sufficient medication that the clinical sites can be supplied with medication for all patient visits, where appropriate, throughout the course of the trial
  • Medical monitoring specific activities:
  • Monitoring IVRS and other reports for Inventory levels at Depots and Sites
  • Making recommendations for re-supplies of product at all levels, e.g. from bulk to finished product
  • Expiry date tracking and update management
  • Monitor work-hours per compound/project
  • Ability to proactively manage a program of work, supply of medication, and manage risk management activities
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring that activities come together in a timely manner to meet the client and study requirements
  • Timely provision of reports and other information to clients


Your qualifications:
  • Degree in Operations Management or science-related field required (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • First work experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management
  • Certified Project Management Professional is preferred. APICS certification (CPIM) is also desirable
  • Exemplary computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills
  • Team player
  • Oustanding communication skills. Fluent in English. German is a plus
