Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Regular report on corporate marketing team generated leads, qualified leads, sales pipeline, measure the activity effectiveness, taking charge of leads management Process implemented and well accepted at Corporate level and Divisional Level.
  • Develop corporate Marketing ROI mechanism & Drive ROI Optimization year on year at Corporate level & Divisional Marketing level
  • Develop Effective Sales Funnel Management to Sales Order Conversion Tracking mechanism

    & Strategic inputs to Sales Effectiveness Management

  • Initiate Cross Divisional Marketing & Sales Effectiveness Collaboration, creating effective Bonus scheme by working with Finance and Marketing partners
  • Establish Corporate Marketing Database with Customer Segmentation and Customer Profile for marketing promotion purpose and business insights purpose
  • Establish mechanism/tools for Database Cleaning and Database Maintenance
  • Work with Division Marketing/digital marketing/ Business Intelligence for continuous optimization of database, better usage of database marketing for Customer Nurturing, Customer Precise Promotion, Customer Insights, finally helping generating business growth
  • Develop all kinds of user-friendly Sales /Marketing Intelligence Digital Tools to enable Commercial Excellence; Maintenance and Continuous optimization of tools are also critical to fulfill internal customer needs
